Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.
For a full refund or exchange:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason:
- Call us at (800) 544-5858 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Pack the item in its original condition in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Ship it back to us within seven days of receipt.
Returns without a return authorization number are subject to a 10% restocking fee or refusal.
Exception:
Vacuum cleaner bags and parts, sewing machine parts, software, and literature may not be returned. |

Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over $40! (in the contiguous United States)
Shipping price policy:
- $6.95 shipping and handling charge on orders under $40.
- FREE shipping on orders over $40 in the contiguous United States (excepting Hawaii and Alaska).
- Extra charge applies for machinery over 150 lbs or products that need special crating and to items shipped outside the continental US. (Fully assembled industrial sewing machine require special crating. Knocked down industrial sewing machines do not.)
